SIG P250 (9mm / compact)
I'm looking for a SIG P250 in 9mm. I prefer the compact vs the full size or subcompact. So if you have one and would like to sell it shoot me a PM with info and price.
I'm located in Virginia Beach.

i have one, but i'm all the way in gretna
but really, why would you buy one? i can see if you were to get one in a trade (like myself) but i wouldn't go out and buy one.

Mainly looking for CCW.
I like SIGs and I wouldn't be taking this to the range or anything. Maybe shoot it a couple of times but that's it. Its sole purpose would be CCW / home defense.
Getting a P226 after this. That one would be my range bitch.

It was sold under the hype of being able to switch out everything from the barrels, to slides, to grip frames... all based around a single firing module... pretty gimicky. Because they're made to accept 9mm and 40 mags they're a little bigger than a standard 9mm pistol, which is fine, except for concealed carry. They're also dubble action only; which can either be good or bad depending on what you like. They have taken a huge plunge in price lately also as people realize these things.
These are all opinions, and should be taken as such/ but they're opinions shared by a lot of people.
If i was you, I'd just go for the P226... and i say this having owned both.
Either way, good luck.
I don't mind the DAO since I would be just CCW and not going to the range to shoot with it and worry about trigger pull and accuracy.
I though about just getting the P226 but that's a bit too much for CCW. Now the 229 would be my choice if I end up getting just one gun.
With the 229 I get a bif of both worlds but right now I don't have the extra cash to spend on either a 226 or 229.

Well since they only cost $360 new... I'm guessing he's looking to spend less than that. Just a guess.
