i need all b16a 1st gen head torque specs and sequences. perferablly jus the shit related to cam removal and install.

not those ones the ones that hold in the cams. cam bearings or whatever u wanna call em. i use to have em but i lost em all.

so you need to know what the torque spec is on the cam gears?

naw the things that hold the cams in the head. its like 10 bolts or so for each cam

you mean the rocker arms? eh I dont have torque specs on those.

naw look at a vtec head the cam sits on top the rocker arms and the shit that holds the cams in sits on top of those i need the specs for the peices that sit on top the cams
