Here's the story..
My friend got me a present for Christmas, but I received it late. When I opened one to try one, it was too big so I am selling them. Since it's been well over 45 days, Express won't accept the return/exchange nor will they give me store credit for it because I don't have my friend's credit card and shipping them back to NY for him to exchange is an hassle. (He already shipped it to VA for me). The shirts retail for $49.90 each at the store and he paid total $107.78 for both shirts + shipping to me (another $8). So about $115.
What I am trying to do now is get rid of them so I can go get two that are my size. One is Lavender and the other is Classic Blue. Both are still in the package, with ORIGINAL TAGS.
I also have a year old Express Merchandise Card with $72.98 balance. Anyone interested.. $60 picked up/shipped.

Express is pretty shitty with returns in general
They're know to keep track of how much you return and denied your returns in the future.
I never buy anything from them unless it's in person
