i thought that was what most of the ls/vtec guys did, but im not really sure, not to knowledgeable about oil squirters since my motor doesnt have them.......
If your running forged pistions they are not nessiacary if your running cast stuff they are a great idea but not nessicary for forged stuff man. If your building it don't worry about it.

I agree...many top engine buiders remove the oil squirters and plug them with allen plugs. Forged pistons do not expand at the same rate (or as much) as the stock pistons...therefore you do NOT need the squirters. The purpose of the squiters was not so much for lubricating, but to cool the underside of the stock piston.
For all practical purposes, if you have a vtec block with the squiters installed, leave them there.
I would not go through the trouble of installing them on an LS block.
