Default Best place for KTM service?

I just need a valve adjustment on my Polaris Outlaw 525 (KTM motor)

I don't have a service manual, gauges, nor the motivation to do it myself. I don't trust the Polaris dealer down here and I'd also like to see about getting it jetted a size or two richer. Any thoughts?

Not sure if they are still there, but Lewis Motorcycle in P-town is/was a KTM dealer. My buddy used to get his dirtbike worked on there and they seemed like cool people.
