Description: I'm looking to buy a set of 15 or 16 inch wheels, I will pay up to 400 dollars depending on what they are and their condition. I would prefer a set of jmags or slips on decent tires. I'm not interested in anything painted some outlandish color or anything with a low offset. Other wheels I'll pay for

Anything offered must have a good amount of tread life left as I need to drive on them for a while. Again nothing rediculous looking. Wheels mounted on a 215 width tire get top dollar provided they have tread left on them.
