1997 - 2001 Honda Prelude LH Headlight OEM
1999 Honda Prelude OEM Driver Headlight
This Headlight will fit 1997 to 2001 Honda Prelude.
There is No Broken Tabs.
It has a light scratch about 1.5 inch long as shown in the pictures and could possibly be buffed out.
