looking for a paint job "scratch and shoot!"

Default looking for a paint job "scratch and shoot!"
looking to get my car repsrayed.. just a simple OEM repsray..outside only.. no bays/jambs/trunks. wanting a good base/clear coat set up..obviously not wanting to spend a fortune, and by fortune i mean in the ranges of 2-3K..trying to stay under 1K..

can anyone point me in the direction of someone who can do a scratch and shoot ..
i prep most of the car i/e lights,mirrors.. mostly just looking for someone to tape it, sand it, spray it....
