- Single phase power, not 3 phase, motor usually marked as "1 PH"
- 60 gallon tank preferred, 80 gallon acceptable
- upright tank, not horizontal
- in good running condition

found a few that are single stage, two stage would be very nice.
$20 finders fee paid in cash for finding me a two stage one for around $300.
