I have a 13x17 room with private bath on the first floor of an indoor atrium loft. Granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, washer, dryer, glass top stove, microwave. Room has doublewide closet. Can be furnished with 60" desk, full bed w/drawers in base, and nice printer stand. Also available are matching couch and love seat, couch is on living room and love seat is in-room. Two other roommates- one runs ticketing company for concerts etc and other is webmaster of a VCU department site. They pay 485 since their rooms are smaller and they share a bathroom. Both are frequenters of Sticky Rice and can drink you under the table. One will probably get you laid.

Up top, those are rugs hanging off the upstairs indoor balcony. Walls between units are double insulated so you don't hear much unless everything in your apartment is off. Internet is included for the entire building, fios internet can be cancelled but I like'd having 25/25 speed between 3 people vs 20/50 for the entire building. I've already mostly moved out so available fastest if you want the furniture, slower if I'll have to sell it before you move in.
