16" flourecent yellow track r's $only

Description: These wheels are about 8 months old and tires are in great shape. I just moved the back to the front, so I would say two have 85%, other two have 70% on the low end. The wheels were white. I stripped and polished them but decided to do something dif. I re-sanded primed, painted, and clear coated them. There not perfect but look really good. Price is low to sell fast due to i have dif set on the way. Please no trade offers and the bullshiter's dont waste my time. Tires are 205/45-16
