Default what clutch setup should i use for my DSM?

i recently swaped in a manual in my galant and i used a stock eclipse clutch when i put it all together, now about 6k later the clutch is starting to slip on the 2-3 shift. i put the stocker on there because i drive through a lot of heavy traffic and i didnt want the really heavy pedal that the stage two organic clutch had that i put in my last car. i though i could get away with using it, but now i have a lot more mods and about 9 pounds of boost on the stock 2.4 so it lights the tires all the way through the first two gears and instead of giving a nice long chirp into third it just slips it ass off. i looking for a clutch with a maybe little more pedal effort than stock, and a lot more grip. i have never used a non organic disk before but i heard they tend to chatter on the race versions. the stock pressure plate is pretty much still new so maybe i could re-use it and just buy a better disk like this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2458787353 what do you experts think?

2.4 in a galant VR4? you're gonna need a ACT2600 for that man

I don't think its a GVR4. He said that he just put in a manual tranny. We need more info?

You can always go with a ACT 2100 especially if you drive in a lot of traffic. Or you can go balls out and get yourself the ACT 2600. Heavy pedel pressure and no slipping.

ah your right... there was no auto GVR4.. so wtf.. is it a turboed 2.4L galant? i'd say a ACT 2100 should work unless he's very heavily modded

its just a regular 95 (7th gen) galant with a 2.4 sohc. i like to call it a VR2. the clutch and most of the parts on the car is the same as the eclipse/talons so i have a good deal of choices here. the ATC 2100 doesnt have that heavy of a pedal? how are non organic disks on the street? thanks for the help guys

get the act 2100, thats what i had in my front wheel drive turbo eclipse and it worked really good, i took it out when i blew the motor and put it in my AWD eclipse and its holding up to my launches . the pedal is not that heavy especially when you get used to it.
