4x100 15 or 16" Wheels with GOOD tires!

Description: As title states, looking for a set of 15 or 16" wheels (Rota, XXR, etc) 4x100 for a Nissan 200SX. Lower offsets would fit better. Also, must have tires with at least 50% tread remaining! Would really like a set that is black with a polished lip but am open to offers.
Have several sets of oem Nissan wheels as well as aftermarket 17" ICW's and 18" split 5 spokes with brand new tires that I could trade or I have cash for the right set. Thanks!
