I know this probably isn't the best place to look for band member but I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm a drummer, 21, and I live in the West End / Short Pump area, but looking for anyone in the Henrico / Richmond area. Looking to start any kind of hard rock / metal / prog / experimental type band. Covers and all that are fine, but mostly looking to write some original stuff and get out there and start playing gigs eventually. My main influences include, but aren't limited to: Black Label Society, Dream Theater, Pantera, Iced Earth, Opeth, Amon Amarth, The Faceless, Fleshgod Apocolypse, Symphony X, Iron Maiden, Nile etc. and I go even farther into The Commodores and Earth, Wind, and Fire type stuff so I'm kinda all over the place.
