1969 Toyota Corolla Sprinter
* Name: Pierce Ford
* Location: Richmond
* Means of Contact: PM me here, or call/text me: 804 two one eight 5117. I don't answer numbers I don't know so leave me a message.
* Description: Yeah, it's a piece of junk. But rust is trendy now right?? I picked this up a couple months ago and was super excited about it. But priorities are changing and this heap of junk needs to go. ALLEGEDLY this car only has like 300 miles on it or something, but the odometer is only a 5 digit one, so for all I know it could have 300,300 miles on it...
The story on this one is, some dude won it in a raffle that he paid 1$ for back when it was new. Never drove it, parked it in the woods, then died, and some towing company picked it up earlier this year, which is how I got it. The engine turns over freely, by hand and with a good battery. It would not start, so I removed the carburetor to rebuild it, but all of the throttle plates are completely seized, so it will have to be replaced. It WILL come with a bunch of new old stock parts from Rock Auto: Ignition coil, plugs, wires, distributor cap and button.
BTW: This shit's gonna have to be towed on a flatbed...
* Price: $500 OBO

The rockers, or the side skirts are pretty rusted, but the floor is actually in great shape, one small hole behind the drivers seat. It SEEMS pretty structurally sound.
Might not matter at this point, but a good way to tell mileage is to look at the pedals for wear. Any wear at all (ridges worn smooth) would indicate more than 300 miles.
