The touch screen recently just went black... It's not functional at all :/ The unit under the passenger seat that holds the NAVI DVD is fully functional. & I checked the fuses everything is good. Could it be cold solder joints somewhere in the display?

 

.my bmw did the same thing...i was instructed to unplug it and plug it back in...it lasted for years till i got rid of the car
