2008 Candy White .:R32 Nav and some mods

I really do not want to do this, but my financial situation right now is less than "sub-par" (Nursing school is kicking my ass) I do not want to get rid of my R, but the time has come. Let me start off by saying that it has truly been a blessing to own this car. It has never once let me stranded or given me a single problem. I've been dumping a lot of money (as much as a broke college kid has) into it restoring it from the previous owner and I do feel as if it has come back to shine in its glory.
I picked the car up at the end of April 2011, with just over 68,xxx miles on it and i do feel as if i took very good care of the R. It's been buffed, hand waxed and detailed meticulously by myself and has very few blemishes on the exterior. The interior has a few spots here and there from the previous owner but are next to unoticible, I'm just anal about it. :laugh:
KBB is $19,440 as of 9/29. So I'm asking $18,500
Any questions feel free to pm me as I am sure I am forgetting things

-OEM orange sidemarkers as of 9/28 as well
-#3148 of 5000
-DSG is warrantied up til 100,000 miles
-About to roll over 77,xxx miles
-The first thing i did was service the dsg along with the fluid and filter
-Tires have less than 6000 miles on them
-Oil changed today 9/29/2011
-Fk highsport coilovers
-Magnaflow sport exhaust
-Euro switch
-Vag com'd (remote windows, disabled drls etc etc)
-Fenders are rolled up front
-Debaged and Rear wiper deleted (still have all components if you want them)
-Car will come on stockers
-Front bumper is brand new with fresh paint thanks to a baby raccoon
-No nav disk (p.o lost it apparently)
