It sucked. To keep it simple I had a canister style exhaust on my car a few months ago and got pulled so i took it off and still had to pay the $104 ticket to the city of newport news. Now i have a 2 1/4 exhaust with a DC sports 4-1 header and a high flow cat with a dynomax muffler. It is a lot quieter that it used to be, but i guess cops dont see it that way. He gave me some story about how he had to go 90 to catch up to me so i was lucky he didnt have me on radar. I got on it about half way up to 50 in a 40 on victoria. He wrote me for improper exhaust and parking on the wrong side of the road. which is about $150 in tickets. Another one of the officers that was there told me that my exhaust was made to be loud and i told him some if not most of the noise was coming from my motor (intake) and he told me motors dont make that much noise and he knows because he owns a mustang and his motor isnt near that loud (this officer supposedly heard me coming from a block away) So all in all just more money out of my pocket for nothing . I was bored so i drew a pic of the action lol.

Ya i dont know whats up with the Hampton Cops all of sudden there every were and busting ppl for everything. Makes ya wonder if the Mayor or sumthing told them the city needs money and now there going ticket crazy . Welcom to the club though I got pulled on Sunday LudeDude98 got pulled off of Beach Road on Monday or Sunday i think, and my friend Tinsley got pulled on Saturday.

 

yep and they were all l laughing and joking on my car and shit... one was standing behind it and said something like this thing has a miss or something. I was like who the fuck does this pig think he is. My car runs excellent.

i got hit with a triple ticket raping in november.....(no city decal, old inspection, no front license plate)

 

this sux i got to go to court for an 87 in a 60 in newport news.... my first wreckless ticket but my second ticket this year and its only FEBRUARY!... wonder what will happen....holla...MSTZA

 

i cant hate on people for doing their jobs... that's how he/she puts food on the table, it's not like they're making commission off of your ticket. i donno just my POV. you get what you give

kinda but still, fuck cops... if they arn't getting payed commision, then why are they so butt hurt about fucking with kids with nice cars. really pisses me off, ever since i've moved here ive only gotton 1 speeding ticket (8 in Id. lol) and i have a stack of 25+ tickets sittin here that are all bs equitment violations... really gets to me, but what can i do about it? not a damn thing.
