10" competition sub-woofer in ported box

Description: 1200watt 10" competition speaker with ported box phoenix gold 600watt amp and capacitor. It is my friends speaker that he had in a 88 mustang he wants to upgrade to a regular Alpine 12" or JL 15'' sub-woofer. i don't think it will fit in the back of the mustang but to each is own. shoot me an offer thanks
