Default Minutes from TSCC meeting

I attached the minutes from this evening's TSCC business meeting. Many of your concerns were addressed. The club also has some new ideas for events you may be interested in reading about.

The club encourages some of the up and coming auto-xers on this board to come to the meeting and give your input. (You didn't really think we just sat around eating pizza & drinking beer, did you ).

UPDATE: Seeing how it was next to impossible to read the minutes the way I had originally posted them, click on the link bleow to see a readable version. And Chad, I do NOT make a good club secretary.

Seriously, great work Beno. Thanks for recording everything. There were a lot of great ideas flying all over the places. I know both Beno and I brought up a few concerns that were expressed on this board.

With that said, I would like to clarify a few things from the minutes that were posted. in Section 1.e the jobs listed for "core members" of TSCC. I just want to make sure no one has the impression that we are saving easy or bs jobs for people that have been with the club for a while. These jobs are pretty much EVENT jobs, not heat jobs, so the person will actually end up working more. The main reason of reserving them is because they are event long jobs and that there are a few members of the club that have an indepth knowledge of every aspect of the event. More then likely, these jobs will be assigned BEFORE the event.

Under section III.c, helmets. We are RECOMMENDING Snell 90 or better. But are not absolutly requiring it (like SCCA).

I think that's it. Comments/Concerns welcome as always.
