I've had this car for 8 years and it's been a blast. However, I don't have the time or money to give this car the attention that I would like to and it's time to pass it along to somebody else to take it to the next level. The car is in good shape, is reliable ,intelligently and tastefully modified, and a perfect foundation for whatever you want to do with it. This is not some ragged out shell of a 240 on its last leg.

-Looks: If you really care, (or want a show car) then you'll say this car needs some paint work. I've recently noticed a very small amount of external surface rust that needs to get nipped in the bud, but nothing bad. The top is fading, the PS mirror and door are not original, there's a dent in the 1/4 panel, and there's a hole where the antenna was (it's taped over now and the car has been garage kept for the past 4 years, so no water has gotten inside to cause any rot). It still cleans up really nicely, but beauty is not its strong suit. After all, it is a 20 year old car that wants to be driven hard, not a restored garage queen...

It's fine for the track if you're using ear plugs, but if you're going to drive on the street then you should invest in an actual exhaust (pick your poison; at minimum EBay can take care of you for <$200).
-Recent maintenance includes: oil change, new power steering belt, new alternator belt, new battery
-The car doesn't idle until it is warmed up. It's done this for years and has never really bothered me b/c it still starts right up and drives fine.
-extensive records of all work done since purchased in March 2004
-most recent numbers were: 129 HP, 132 torque. 2,690lbs with a 140lb driver (I've tried to make it as light as I could, so there aren't really any amenities left. If you're looking for a comfy DD, this car has a lot of work ahead of it).
