2000 civic ex (EJ8) must see!!!(CLEAN)

Description: like the title says i have a 2000 honda civic ex coupe for sale/trade it is silver in color with 112k miles on the chasis,motor has about 75k on it and ticking due to its my dailey, i do try to keep the mileage low and not driver her every day but its hard not too lol,
pass window motor is starting to get slow but still functionable,famous em-1 issue.
ps/pl/pw/ no a/c sorry but am looking for the stuff purchased it without it,
getting her inspected tomorrow morning, so it will have fresh inspection.
i take very good care of this car she gets a bath everytime she is dirty and im constently ordering new parts for the car, just ordered header's and a 2-core aluminum radiator for it as well, Interior in extremely mint and i am anal about who get into the car with (shit) being on there ass or shoes,car runs and drives great no SMOKE at all!
runs strong pulls strong.

b20 (non-vtec) engine swap
w/97 gsr tranny no grinds or pop outs (reverse is touchy)
just had tranny serviced at west broad honda about 80 mile ago, receipt is present.
A.E.M cold air intake system
has 2 1/2 starting at header back to stock si muffler (got tired of ticket's)
new cam seals installed about a month ago purchased from west broad honda
new distributer installed shortly after cam seals were replaced
NGK plugs
oil changed 3/21/12
everything else is pretty much stock
i do have a set of OBX ITB's for the engine that i yet to install i am willing to let go with the car but purchaser has to buy them out right
suspension:
front upper strut bar
lower front tie bar
rear strut bar
rear lower tie bar
c-pillar bar (not installed)
new lower ball-joints 2/06/12
skunk 2 adjustable coil over's
tokico blue shocks
will be ordering fron camber kit soon if not sold i will be in the market for some
wheels/tires:
the fat 5's pictured are no longer on the vehicle
decent set of DR20's black spoked w/anadized blue lip
about 80% tread life left
exterior:
replica CTR front lip (black)
JDM CTR Grill
JDm fog lights w/ jdm switch mounted were its suppost to be
8k HID's only low beam no high and low
jdm tow hook's (anadized blue) intalled in rear not yet installed on front (but i do have it if interested)
bad:
does have paint chippage on front bumper
has a minor dent at gas tank door due to someones fat ass
and missing the fender trim peices due to someone yanked them off of my car( and if its you!!! i havent forgot!!!!)
pass fender has a small dent due to pot hole and turning at same time (previouse owner story)
all body stuff is severly minor and cant tell that much by the looking at it i get compliments on this car and how clean it is all the time and would not hurt my feelings to keep the reason for saling or tradeing(mainly) is because its a 2-door and its extremely hard to take my kid in and out of i need something with more room,
i am mainly looking for trucks has to be the minumum of a ext cab, SUV's, and car's
now what im looking for in a car here is a list to compare:
WRX
4-door honda of same year or newer(but i am open)
nissan's no 240's
saab's
BMW
lexus
