Default Got a new ride

I just got a CRX for free from one of my friends. It's got a B16A2 in it, full body kit molded in, RSX tails, converted to targa top and some other stuff. But I need new rings and a tranny, anyone know where I can pick either up? Me and a few people are gonna make it a drag/show car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you want to put in it? If it's a drag car i'd put an H22 it in You have to cut the firewall but it has been done! lol

A friend of mine can get pretty good deals on motors (so he says)

Juan up at First Team Nissan.. He drives the blue Del Sol with the B16 swap

H22 in a CRX isn't that hard to do. I have a friend up near Englishtown who has one. Just takes a bit of work. But not good for any real road driving at all.

ahhhh...juan......i enjoy making fun of his "homo car"

i know him. decent setup in his....B16-GSr style.

just didnt have a clutch the last time i talked to him......we were at NB, and he was there, and not running his car. well......when he saw me running the metro, he decided that even if it wasnt running right, if someone was dragging a METRO, then he should get out there and run

Piston rings? So you'd probably be doing a full rebuild on the motor?

I agree. H22a

haha, thats funny. Juan can't get good prices on motors. He got his from jay at we go fast/import auto. If you want a new motor just go up to import auto and tell them what you want. They had a complete b18 w/tranny up there for $650 a couple of weeks ago.

I'd like to get this little B16 running good. I've got a couple of turbos that I can try on it, but that might turn into more of a bitch than its worth. I was sellin a set of 5Zigen rims for $150, but since no one bought em, I guess I'll just stick them on the CRX. You guys sure you don't want em? I put the car together today(hood, hatch, seats, glass, windsheild, dash) in 45 minutes. I love these little import cars, they're so easy!
