Angry oil and gas coming out of tail pipe? rings? or head gasket?

i have a 89 ef with a d16zc sohc non vetch.. drove it yesterday just fine. turned the key on to check my check engine codes.. one of the codes was code 16 for fuel injector system... went to start it up to leave. started locked up so i taped it.. when the car started it was runing like crap.. smokes and i was smelling raw fuel.. look at my tail pipe and its dumping oil and gass out.. checked my oil and it smells like gas.. could that be head gasket or rings??. i know one of the injectors is most likly dumping in to much fuel? any ideas?

Well, you know it's something that can be detected by the ECU as a fuel injector fault code. So at least that's a starting point. Do a quick search about how to electrically test fuel injectors and see what that tells you.

all i did was turn the key and watched the light on the ecu.. went inside after i got done doing that. went out and tired to start it .. it clunked like that started was locked uppp... maybe that could have been a exhust vavle?.. maybe the head is fucked up?
