Turbo LS DA wont start. Please Help!

RESISTOR BOX HELP!! WHAT TO DO IF STOCK HARNESS IS GONE
Okay, I have a 92 Integra. I just finished doing the turbo set up. Has 450 dsm's, i read a write up on resistor box install and thought i did it right. Attempted to start car and it acted like it wasnt getting fuel... I took a look at a different write up for the box and it appears that i fucked it up pretty good. I clipped all the wires going into that stock harness that doesnt go to anything and i no longer have it. What do i do now that i dont have that stock clip? Also, do i need to worry about the ecu being messed up from when i attempted to start it? Sorry if all thats kind of vague, i figure you will ask the questions you need. And please keep the insults to a minimum lol i realize i fucked up

Wire it up yourself and make it look as professional as you can.....get another clip from a junk harness.

Turbo LS DA wont start. Please Help!
Okay, this is the 2nd thread ive made regarding this but am hoping i get more hits by rewording it. I have a 92 Integra. I will provide you with a list of mods and as much possible information about the car as I can in order to weed out a lot of the first assumptions on what the problem may be.
INFO; The car has 220k+ miles on the body, it has a stock LS motor and trans with about 85. Modification wise it has a walbro 255 lph, Stainless turbo mani, 2.5" DP back exhaust, t04e turbo, civic half-sized radiator, set up running no ic with 2" charge piping. 450 dsm's with resistor box, ngk bkr7e's.
So what happened was I had boosted the car, got it tuned and kept having boost problems so i took all the shit off. When i did this i left the chip that was in my ecu in and i simply clipped the j1 jumper in order to negate its effect. Okay so i just put a different kit (same specs just new parts) on the car and resoldered the j1 jumper in my ecu. I also rewired the resistor box because apparently when i did it the first time, it was done incorrectly (possibly one of my boost problems) now i have everything installed in the car but it wont start!
Seems like to me that it is not getting fuel, it turns over and over but no fire. I checked spark and its fine. And that walbro fuel pump is loud as shit so i know its turning on.

Because you're a cheapass with shitty parts and halfass methods.
I wish dumb honda fucks would stop ebay building and ghetto rigging their cars.
I'll get it running for you. $60 an hour till it's done plus the CORRECT parts to properly build it.
