I'm looking to buy a house in the near future and need to get rid of this. The car was put together and for some reason doesn't even crank. I haven't figured out why but at this point I would just like to get rid of it as I have 2 other VWs to deal with and need cash for a down payment on a house

1991 16v gti shell 5 lug
Resprayed at some point, looks good, shaved rear wiper, have the side skirts for it

I'm sure there is more. I have everything to make this car run, buyer shouldn't need to buy anything but figure out why it won't even crank.
