Ended up picking this diamond in the rough local after one of the lower links rotted out of the frame, it is definitely from the North. PO says he had it for 10 years and was a religious oil changer. Only real other "issue" he spoke of was that the tranny wouldn't shift properly in certain instances, i.e. decelerating on an off ramp and then hitting the gas or something like that.
