VA: 2011 Subaru STI Limited Sedan Plasma Blue Pearl

Description: I have a 2011 Plasma Blue Pearl WRX STI Limited sedan for sale with 17,275 miles on it. The vehicle is a single owner vehicle and was my daily driver over the past few years. When not being driven, it was garage kept inside from all of the elements. The vehicle is extremely clean and I have every maintenance record, and receipts, and all installed parts for the vehicle since it was new (I even have every gas fill up date, locations, and times if you wanted those). I am very meticulous with the care of my vehicles, and I have the documentation to back that up. For those that are interested, I also have the original window sticker and some magazine articles and brochures that Subaru had on the new sedan. The vehicle has the following modifications/factory options.
- Kicker factory trunk sub
- Subaru All weather mats
- 35% tint all around including the strip accross the windshield (Installed by East Coast Window Tinting with lifetime warranty)
- Stainless steel brake lines
- Grimmspeed master brake brace
- COBB adjustable short shifter
- Whiteline Rear diff insert bushings
- Whiteline steering bushings
- Stoptech front and rear stainless steel brake lines
- Whiteline positive shift kit bushings
- Beatrush Shifter Linkage Bushings
- COBB rear shifter bushing
- Whiteline gearbox bushings
- Fumoto drain valve
The car has recently returned to me with a brand new short block and turbo that was installed by a local Subaru dealership due to a number 4 ring land failure--so essentially this engine has less than 100 miles on it and still has remaing two years, 40,000 miles of the factory warranty. This vehicle is no longer my daily driver so the mileage will only go up with people wanting to test drive it. I'm no in rush to sell the vehicle so please no lowball offers. The KBB suggested value for "Good Condition" is $33,607 and the NADA costs this vehicle at $32,925 without the added bushings and other misc items. With the extras, I'm asking $33,500.
