Got my 240sx, now I need the redtop
I just bought my 240sx '89 5 speed for only a grand. Good thing I have my Dakota as my daily driver. I can take my time doing the sr20det swap in about a month. So far i bought a greddy intercooler and stage 2 spec clutch. Damn im going broke fast, Ohh well one year left at VCU then i can work full time I hope to see must of you guys at the track around from May to FAll.
Any of you 240sx guys get together and talk? Here are some pics.

check out www.shiftva.com for Nissan related stuff, there's forums on there as well. is there any motor in there? The body and paint looks decent to snag it for a grand, congrats=] I'm doing my swap this weekend hopefully, if my clip gets here in time.

ShiftVa.com is most defintely the place to be for Nissan talk around these parts. And yes, a few of us get together and "chill" and what not. You are in midlo, which is the hot spot for central it seems.
What color is your Dakota? If you see a red SE-R with black wheels its me.

Here is my Dak. Yeah I have a motor in the 240 right now it has 212k miles and still runs. I did a few things to my ride, lowered the suspension using intrax springs and kyb shocks. Also I stripped the whole rear. I will probably get it registered in about a month.

Carter where did you get your clip from and how much did you spend. Im looking at total-boost.com at 2100 thats including shipping and complete wiring harness and maf and ignitor ship and everything else need for a swap.

I know 2 people who got their motorsets (not clips) from total-boost and weren't 100% pleased with it. I'll let you know how I like mine=]
