there is a safety check on armistead avenue in hampton by my neighborhood and i have to go to downtown hampton. if it doesn;t move i will have to go down through saunders and shit and make a huge ass detour. i will eventually do this if i have to but is a safety check just checking to see if you got ya seatbelt on? or other shit? just wondering but i will never know because i am avoiding this shit but want to know from anyone done through this.

 

they are arresting fags. so you should keep avoiding it.

 

All they do is check for your license. As long as you have your license on you and a front plate you shouldn't get harassed.

 

there was one on hampton roads center parkway about a month ago.. they kinda looked into the car, and got our licenses and his registration.. there was really no point to it at all... you did have to kinda go in and out of some cones, so i guess they were checking for alcohol too..

Its probably a smart way to catch people with warrants out for their arrest. Ever watch cops.. Tail light is out. They pull them over. Find 30lbs of cocain.

 

new years eve a while back, busted for exhaust, no front plate, suspension, and modded lights.

fixed, went to court, dropped charges. I wasnt drinking that night either.
