Honestly I have no idea on the urethane rating. Place racing went out of business roughly a decade ago. these are more of a nostalgia piece than anything else. from what I remember though place racing did help pioneer Honda swaps. they were at the forefront of this.
these look like they have been mounted but if they were ever actively used it had to be minimal as they are still very firm, no real cosmetic or otherwise issues with them.
