That's a lowball offer. The gun is worth what he's asking in great condition. Considering it's all cosmetic and doesn't affect it's primary function less than half is a tad bit insulting just an FYI

from the research I've done, I've seen there were a lot of problems with this model. I'm only going by what I have been told by my local gun dealer. If I'm wrong my bad

Value comes from what people are willing to pay. Some folks have predispositions to certain manufacturers. But I've seen these go for $450 in excellent shape.
