Default honda headlight problem??? PLEASE HELP!!!

ok...i have a problem with my head lights. actually the regular headlights work fine, but only the driver side bright light works. i have my stock headlights in, so its not the bulb, since both regular and brights use the same bulb. i need some help with this so i can go back to the god damned inspection place and pay my dollar and be on my way with my new sticker. i think it may have to do with the wiring, but im not sure. so if anyone has any information on this, please post or pm me. thank you very much. later.

Yes they use the same bulb but if you look close they use two different fillements one for the high and one for the low, one of them could be out or burnt threw. check that.

An easy check is to switch the bulbs from one headlight assembly to the other to make sure it's not the wiring. That will tell you if it is the bulb that is bad, make sure not to touch the glass (bulb) with your bare finger or it will burn up quick.
