Was wondering if anyone here had a 3d printer and would be willing to print me something. I of course paying for the materials and what not. I would like to get a pipboy3000 printed for a Fallout 3 / Fallout New Vegas cosplay. I have the files and everything already.

What size is the item? I've got a coworker that has a 3D printer, I might be able to get access to. The problem is, I'm in TX, so it would have to be shipped.
Holy fuck. I've never seen that site before, that's pretty cool. I think I'll use them for some personal projects in the future, their price per cm^3 is pretty low. They must be nesting a lot of parts from different people in the same printer bedspace to keep costs low. Most of the stuff I get 3D printed for work uses high temp thermoplastics with glass or carbon fiber reinforcement, which is slightly different than making a toy figurine out of whatever color blue you like.
There are local "tinker" groups that have access to 3D printers. For example, here in Fredericksburg we have FredWorks. http://fredwrks.com/
Should have plenty of people willing to help out.
