Can my car be towed from a public street with expired inspection (<60d)
I recently moved from Loudoun County down to Suffolk. I left my vehicle up there and will be returning this week to get it. The inspection expired as of yesterday 30 June 2018. I understand I can be ticketed but can it be towed since the registration is valid and its less than 60 days expired?

(g) "Inoperable motor vehicle" means any motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer which is not inoperating condition, does not display valid license plates, does not display an inspection decal that isvalid or displays an inspection decal that has been expired for more than sixty days.
