missing city decal
I think someone took it out my mail. the envelop i got is opened and im specting 3 city decals for my cars. or the city is mailing them separately .. its my first time using mail to renew.
Also, is Virginia beach the only city here that doesn't require it no more, so how the hell will norfolk cops know if my car is registered in norfolk or Va beach ??
