I heard a story from a friend that Some guy went to a dealership *somewhere locally* and inquired about a gsr. The dealership allowed him to borrow a car for a day *which some dealerships do* And this guy and like 5 of his buddies swapped out the gsr motor with the guys stock motor and just switched out the valve cover. He ended up getting away with it. It was all planned, and they used fake names and Ids and all that.
If you had the right tools and a shop that could definately be done, but it's not very cool. Especially for the poor fool who buys that car and wonders why it's not as fast as it should be.
