Sorry, that's Edelbrocks new turbo setup. I thought it was a pic of the new SRT-4 stage 2 turbo.

"Edelbrock, dean of the small-block Chevy domain, continued its foray into the sport compact market with four new turbo applications for Honda Civics. Last year Edelbrock rocked the aftermarket when it broke with tradition and offered a single-cam Honda turbo kit. This year it added to that with kits for Civics from 1992 to 2000, including a track-only turbo for the D1676 engine that makes 283 hp on the dyno, or about 240 to 250 hp at the front wheels."
