It uses the E class mercedes suspension. Its about 2 inchs longer then e class and 1 inch shorter then a s class. There are other parts on the 300c that are designed and made by mercedes, but I don't feel like going into details.

Has mercedes 5 speed automatic tranny. Late this it will have the mercedes 4matic (awd) setup aviable.
