Is there any good muffler shops that does mandrel bends in 757?

none in 757 I called everywhere I could think of. What the trick is if you are set on custom exhaust. Get one size up in piping that you want like 2.25 -2.50 and have it crush bent that way when the gasses hit the bends it will still flow as well as a mandrel bend.

compensate for the crush bends by getting larger diameter piping. 2.5 inch should set you straight.

I may go with an electric cutout,it seems to be a pretty good idea. Anybody ever heard of this?

Electric cutouts definitely help cut down on the noise when you're just trying to go back and forth without hassle.

Here's a review of (I believe) the Apex'i Exhaust Control Valve:
