If you're trying to make more power...obviously the big16g is better. The only pros to the 14b over the big16g are slightly faster spool up and cost. 14b can be had very cheap.

get a 18g it performs near big 16 but will out spool a big 16 g thats why im converting to tdo5

the 14b shares the same exhaust housing as the 16g
get a 14b if you decide its not enough (yo umjost likely will) then you can do an upgrade.

In my opinion though garrett all the way screw a mitsu setup.
