well i know that quarter panel would run you alot at a body shop my rear quarter was a little bit worse and they said something about it taking like 15 man hours because its welded on and cant be removed so it we pricey to get that fixed maybe i got jerked but thats my .02
That'll be some pricey bodywork unless you find someone like me who can do it fairly cheap. By the looks of the pics, about $2500 (includes repainting the whole car).
Depending on your own personal ability, any junk yard connections etc, etc. When I was in high school, I completely rebuilt a Grand Am with my father. This car required new quarters and a driver side door and a complete paint job. With our own abilty and a professional paint job, I think we had about 2 grand into it. I say go for it.
