i need a 25.5"L x 6" H x 4" preferrably (or as close as it can be)
It needs to have a -10an on each end. Four mounting tabs as well.

Anyone know of anywhere local or not, where i can have this made? Thanks

Good lord, for what application?
Have you tried looking at other radiators/heat exchangers from other cars? It would be cheaper to get one of those (new/used) than going out and getting one custom made.

try a1 radiator 461-6400 or culpepper radiator 397-7031

 

I have seen CRXs with the small radiators that 97ish civics have, those small half size ones. does that make a difference, it is pretty cramped in front of my header, the O2 sensor keeps meltin my fan, also has anyone seen a thin electric fan for a rex. thanks
