Default Just picked up a rear end for my merkur...

8.8" 3.55's Independent... Not too shabby for a free...

Hoping for 350hp, and a solid "ge force" T-5 with 3.35, 1.98, 1.33, 1.0, .68 gears with this little 8.8" backing it up. And a centerforce dual friction. Along with a few other things to make it handle a turn.

Be scared fockers.

Did you catch that show on Speedvision, "CCR" or something I believe; they're putting a Merkur motor into a Ranger.

The question we all have is " this rearend you got, are you really going to install it or is this part going to sit in you garage like the near hundred other parts you have?" J/k good find

HAHAHAAHAHA shut up

Ill race your slow subie any day. And your mom let me drive it. Its nice, I like it for a slow fuel saving daily driver.

Growley - I dont know yet, the white one has a few minor defects that are goin to be a pain in the ass to fix, and the guy with the lowered ranger has a near perfect body/chassis that I might get.. just need to get some friends to go pull the motor for him.. . so it might be in a grey one.. we shall see.. And I still have to get a job 700 bucks a month just dont cut it when you need to build a bottom end.

True story.

But to Dan, it's the principle...right?

Anyway, that will get him across the border in plenty of time when "the man" is trying to hold him down.
