I need an engine that will go in a '86 GMC S15 PICKUP TRUCK... used or new - doesn't matter? anybody know where i can get one.. or know anybody is selling one? Doesn't have to be the same exact engine as the stock one but whatever will full in to make the truck moving again.. it's for my company.

 

If it wasn't for a company I would say drop a 350 in it.

i have a 86 s15 but it is my daily, you tell me weather u want a 2.2, 2.5, 2.8 or 4.3 i can hook you up

 

2.8 V6, do you know anyone who can install it?

umm yeah i can find you one ill let you know about the price, and i can install it if you need me to.....what happened to the one you have it might be easyier for me to rebuild it unless you threw a rod through the block

 

i don't know what happened to it, all i know is it got seized.. the engine is a rebuilt AC Delco engine that we put in 4 years ago, it has only 14k in miles.. about a month ago the flywheel quit on me, so i got a local shady-ass mechanic replace it for 400 bucks.. about a week ago the car was leaking tranny fluid and the engine just seized..
