from what im looked at today, the seat brackets almost match, but not exactly. i may be wrong though

 

Most seats aren't interchangeable. But even if they aren't, go to home depot, buy some L brackets and just drill holes in those and put bolts where they need to go. If you need more help, pm me. It's not a hard job, just takes a little while to do.
