Okay so im pretty fucked up. I did some damage about 2 weeks ago in the gym and havent been the same since. I tried waiting a week and went right back in only to feel the effects pretty bad the next day. Waiting another week till yesterday where had to move some trees and now i can barely move my neck (if i do its bad).
I need help... id like to seek a massage for some neck work to see if this might help in anyway. My solution of tiger balm isnt doing the trick. If after this ill be going to a chiro (sp) i already have lined up but i prefer to go with the massage first for a temp solution. Suggestions please!

jody, im sure this isnt what your looking for but..i have a good electric massager that you can use for awhile if you want. let me know.

 

look up some massage places, there is a lady that comes to our work and my work pays for half of it. its a chair massage...works wonders. and don't do any heavy excersizes...

 

Dr. Block is a chiropracter in VB... he's adjusted lots of famous people that have come to the area... but anyway, he has lots of massage therapists in his office, and its only $50 for a full hour... I got one a couple months ago, and it was amazing... I can't find his number, but I'm going to look around for you
