This is my co-worker's car. A couple days ago all of the lights came on (air bad, door, trunk, check engine.....) And then today all the electric assesories started to die (locks, windows, etc....) and now his car won't start. I'm think that his ECU is fried, but I thought I'd ask on here first. So come on you Honda freaks, help a brother out. Thanks.

To start, have him check the voltage regulator, battery, alternator and all the power/battery related wiring.

 

hmm...it could be the alternator...tell him to take the car to advance auto parts...free battery check and shit...anyway that what it sounds like to me...could be a old alternator

 

there was an ignition recall on earlier 6th gens... I'd have him contact the dealer and see if his car was part of that. Otherwise it sounds more like an ECU problem if its affecting the accessories too

 

Old alternator was the winner. Good call guys.
