I usually frwquent 240 forums, midatlantic240sx.com to be one, but I want to spread the word. I have a dark green 240 hatch with a newly swapped CA18DET. I had troubles comign home from work, and the Car was left in a buissnes driveway over the weekend till i could get someone tow it. Well, I got there today, and some lowlife ripped of my front bumper, bent the bumper, mounts, hood latch( it not usable), and they took My greddy V-spec FMIC!! So, not only was my car inoprable, some lowlife stripped it of the FMIC. If there is anyone with a SMIC, I have the piping, just not the Intercooler, that they would give me, I would be very Greatful. Man, I hate theves. So, If anyone has seen a Greddy FMIC used for cheap, let me know, portyrata@comcast.net , or aim vanssn240sx . I really appreciate it. BTW, the top mount of The FMIC was ripped off, so a new tab will need to be welded, if that helps at all.

 

It would help if you know... 1. we knew where you were from, and 2. where this happened.

 

 

sorry, I hate people who just get on a forum to do this, but I have been meaning to register for a while, and this is the only local board that is big that I know. I live in Midlothian, VA (Southside of Richmond) It happened between 3:00 yesterday (May 30), and 2:30 today (May 31)

 

that is the perfect reason to have a credit card so that you can always have your car towed. NEVER leave it when it dies or else you can expect it to be in pieces when you get back.

 

Well, the money wasn't the problem. I just assumed it would be safe; guess I was wrong. I hope I find my parts, but I guess they are long gone.
