There's myself and Specter and a few others, but they're trying to sell their cars.
Not many people are interested in 01+ civic, except for the Si (EP3). With a little bit of work, they can be made quite nice too.

FYI the new C6 Corvette is a ULEV II certified motor... so it makes "400" (underated) horses and has the emissions of a Civic Hybrid... go GM go.

WOW!!! A ULEV huh? I had no idea. I think that would still make it a lil more restrictive. So I guess it has the possibilities of being even faster if it wasn't a ULEV. I dunno.
